Working with R.T. Works
Your project.
A clear plan.
Work directly with Jose Ruiz to turn your ideas into a practical scope. We review your property, explain the work, and provide an itemized proposal before you commit.
01
Start with your vision
Tell us what you want to improve and how you want to use the space. Photos, measurements, and your project location help us get started.
02
Get a clear scope & estimate
We review access, existing conditions, materials, and the work involved. Your proposal lays out the agreed scope and pricing so you know what’s included.
03
Plan the work together
Once you accept the proposal, we coordinate the schedule and work sequence—from initial preparation to the final details.
